Important Notes
Cases in which Jodtique bears shipping and delivery costs:
If you receive an incorrect order, we will ship and modify it at our full responsibility
If you receive an incomplete order, we will ship the missing items or refund them, as you request
Compensation acceptance period:
Compensation is only accepted within a maximum period of 3 days in case of damage, shortage, or defects in the products, and we must be notified within the specified period. Otherwise, compensation will not be accepted
Refunds
Return Case: We will process the request and refund the amount within 5 working days from the date of notification of final approval of the return.
Exchange Case: The replacement order will be shipped within 3 working days from the date of notification of final approval. If the replacement product is unavailable, the amount will be refunded within 5 working days

Refund Options:
If payment was made by bank card: The refund will be made to the same payment method.
If payment was made by Tabby or Tamara: The refund will appear in your Tabby or Tamara account.
