Submitting a Return or Exchange Request:

Receiving a Response from the Store:
You will receive a notification from the store via the email registered with the store within 2 working days, confirming the receipt of your request with initial approval, along with the shipping Waybill , or final rejection based on its compliance with the return and exchange policy.
Packing and Shipping the Products:
Package the products as they were when you received them from the store, then wait for the shipping company representative to collect the products.
Product Inspection by the Store:
After receiving the products, the store will inspect them to ensure they comply with the return and exchange policy.
You will receive a notification within 2 working days of the store receiving the products, confirming the final acceptance or rejection for return or exchange.
Processing an accepted return or exchange request.
In the case of a return, your request will be processed, and the amount will be refunded within 5 working days from the date of receiving the final acceptance notification for the return.
In the case of an exchange, the new order will be shipped within 3 working days from the date of receiving the final acceptance notification for the exchange. If the product is unavailable, the amount will be refunded within 5 working days from the date of receiving the final acceptance notification for the exchange.
In Case of Store Error:
If the error is from JODTIQUE store (such as delivering the wrong product, a product with a manufacturing defect, or an incomplete order), JODTIQUE store will bear all shipping and delivery costs.
Important Note:
Compensations are only accepted within a maximum period of 3 days in case of damage, shortage, or defects in the products and you must notify us within the specified period. Otherwise, compensation will not be accepted.
